How the Process Works:
- Begin the process by signing up online at www.citygan.com/tour-calendar for a school tour. You will receive an email confirmation of your booked tour. If you need to change, please contact office @ 718-609-0066.
- When you are ready to apply, you can fill out an Application Form. Complete application along with day program option and submit. We accept children on a first come first serve basis. The earlier you apply the more likely you are to get the program option that best suits your needs. It is suggested that you apply by March 15th prior to the September you would like to start.
- Once we receive your application form, we process the application fee of $50.
- We will then send you a tuition agreement with your program option. A signed contract plus deposit must be received within two weeks of dated document to ensure your child’s spot.
- Once a deposit is received, you will receive an email confirming your child’s enrollment.
- A welcome packet, including school handbook, calendar and health form is mailed upon enrollment completion.
